• Performed troubleshoot on cell phone models and processed phones for repair or replacement
• Provided optimal customer services and managed work in fast pace environment
• Conducts diagnosis of problems on electronic devices according to complain
• Administered all paperwork and keep an inventory of merchandise and order part new parts
• Opened, disassembled, repaired, replaced parts, and reassembled phones when done.
• Accurately documented repairs and parts information on repair tracking documents/work orders and in point of sale computer tracking system.
• Re-installs software/firmware or adjust settings on existing software to fix device malfunctions
• Exposure to multiple repair platforms requiring advanced soldering and the use of soldering equipment.
• Highly organized, quick learner, goal-oriented and honest
• Selling of phone parts and phone accessories.
